Service Managers

Service Managers will be responsible for a service within our 4 Stage Recovery Pathway.

Registered Managers at React have a hands-on approach to managing all aspects of the service ensuring the individuals are treated with the dignity, respect and encourage independence. They ensure the efficient running of our services with their strong leadership skills in order to support the team and get the best out of everyone.

They work closely with the clinical team to lead and manage the health, safety and security of both staff and Individuals. Support a positive culture and environment promoting React’s mission and values. They act as a positive role model to staff and are proactive in their partnerships working with referrers, commissioners and partner organisations.

They have a key role in ensuring the service is person-centred, monitoring care plans and ensuring our Individuals can work towards their goals. They collaborate with our clinical team and Individuals to facilitate goals and individual outcomes, verifying that individuals are at the appropriate stage of our 4 stage recovery pathway and working towards the progression through the stages.

Our Deputy Managers work closely with their Registered Manager to efficiently oversee the day.

Deputy Managers help to manage all aspects of the staff team and provide leadership to ensure staff understand their day to day responsibilities, activities and have the support and guidance they need to carry out their duties safely and enthusiastically. Deputy Managers play a key role in representing the values of React when dealing with external agencies and leading the service including supervisions and rotas.

Our clinical team comprises of Psychiatry, Psychology and Nursing who underpin the clinical aspects of the service. They work with our staff and individuals to achieve a range of positive outcomes and manage risks in the least restrictive setting. The team have experience of working in both secure services and community-based settings which has allowed us to develop ways of working with individuals to reach their potential.

The Service Development Team strives to improve the service we provide to ensure the care and support individuals receive exceeds regulations, contractual requirements and best practice. The Team’s focus is
to create and develop meaningful relationships with all stakeholders including individuals, staff and professionals. They do this by organising events and activities that creates opportunity for personal development and enjoyment. They ensure our organisation is communicated internally and externally
so all stakeholders are well informed.
