Care and Support We Provide
A detailed plan of care and support needs is produced by our clinical team prior to admission in consultation with their community mental health teams. We work closely with referring services to ensure a smooth transition of care and where appropriate, visits and overnight stays at the placement will be arranged.
Support staff work alongside individuals to develop daily living skills, encourage educational and vocational programmes, provide activities to improve self-esteem, and to support with family and social integration. Other support areas may include: increased community engagement, confidence building, maintaining positive mental health and managing symptoms. Where appropriate and on agreements with individuals’ care team, we can provide one-to-one therapeutic interventions to support the individual’s psychosocial adjustment and wellbeing.

4 Stage Recovery Pathway
Our Pathway to Improving Lives
Overall, our main aim throughout our 4 Stage Recovery Pathway is for all individuals to maximise their potential to be as independent possible within a safe and supportive environment. We recognise that no two individuals are the same and therefore provide a flexible approach to recovery that is adapted to suit the needs of the individual.
