Care and Support We Provide
A detailed plan of care and support needs is produced by our clinical team prior to admission, in consultation with an individual’s community mental health teams. We work closely with referring services to ensure a smooth transition of care. Where appropriate, visits to and overnight stays at the proposed placement can be arranged.
Support staff work alongside individuals to develop living skills and encourage meaningful activities. We take a holistic approach to support – including a focus on educational and vocational programmes, activities to improve skills self-esteem & confidence, support with family and social integration, increased community engagement, maintaining positive mental health and managing symptoms. Where appropriate and on agreement with an individual’s care team, we can provide one-to-one therapeutic interventions to support the individual’s psychosocial adjustment and wellbeing.

4 Stage Recovery Pathway
Our Pathway to Improving Lives
Overall, our main aim throughout our 4 Stage Recovery Pathway is for all individuals to maximise their potential to be as independent possible within a safe and supportive environment. We recognise that no two individuals are the same and therefore provide a flexible approach to recovery that is adapted to suit the needs of the individual.
