Seabreeze is our first Stage 3 Supported Living Service in the Porthcawl area, located right on the beachfront. It has eleven self-contained flats and an office where the staff team are based on a 24-hour basis, including waking nights.

Cardiff Road is our second Stage 3 Supported Living Service located in Newport. It has nine self-contained flats and an office where the staff team are based on a 24-hour basis, including waking nights.

Insole House is a Stage 3, Supported Living Service located in Canton, Cardiff. It has nine newly refurbished self-contained flats and an office where the staff team are based on a 24-hour basis, including waking nights.

Just a mile from Cardiff city centre and our first service to open, Cadoc is a residential service for up to 16 men and women with mental health conditions.

St Johns House is a residential house for women which is just a short walk away from the vibrant village of Canton and is located in a quiet and peaceful residential area.

All flats have a fully fitted kitchen area with cooker, fridge and washing machine. In addition, they all have a large sitting area, double bedroom and tiled wet room with showers. Coming under stage 3 of our recovery pathway, individuals are responsible for their own tenancy agreements, bills and finances, providing them with further independence and responsibility whilst still benefitting from having access to a member of staff 24 hours a day.

Chepstow Road is a supported living service located in Newport. It has eight newly refurbished self-contained flats and an office where the staff team are based on a 24-hour basis, including waking nights.

Cathedral Road comes under Stage 3 of our recovery pathway and was our first supported living service which is a 1970’s style Victorian house that has been converted into six self-contained flats and a staff office.

Opened in 2020, Partridge Road is a purpose-built supported living service located in Central Cardiff in Roath. It includes three buildings with fourteen newly refurbished self-contained flats and an office where the staff team are based on a 24-hour basis, including waking nights.

Newport Road is a supported living service that contains 5 self-contained flats and as it comes under stage 3 of our recovery pathway, has an office which is staffed 24 hours a day, including waking nights.

Plantagenet Street is our Stage 4 supported living service which is located in Cardiff City Centre and offers 4 self-contained flats.

Lower Cathedral Road is a supported living service that is located in Central Cardiff and comes under our most independent stage of our recovery pathway, Stage 4. The service is staffed according to the needs of the individual with the staff team from our neighbouring supported living service, Cathedral Road.

Moy Road comes under stage 4 of our recovery pathway and offers 2 self-contained flats which have a fully fitted kitchen area with a cooker, fridge and washing machine. In addition, they all have a large sitting area, double bedroom and fully tiled wet room with a walk-in shower.

Gordon Road consists of two flats which have a kitchen, living room, bedroom and garden. Local shops and Cardiff City Centre is in walking distance. There is a bus stop located on the same road. As Stage 4 of React’s Recovery Pathway, Moy Road is provided with staff support in line with the Individual’s agreed care package. Individuals also have access to staff 24 hours a day via telephone for unscheduled care and crisis intervention.

Old Church Road is a supported living service that is located in the suburbs of Cardiff and comes under our most independent stage of our recovery pathway, Stage four.
