Just a mile from Cardiff city centre and our first service to open, Cadoc is a residential service for up to eighteen Individuals who require support to live in the community.
It consists of a spacious and homely shared house (Cadoc House) with five large bedrooms, a communal kitchen, a dining room and a living area where communal meals and activities are frequently held for all individuals to get involved in.
There are also thirteen flats which are located in the buildings next door and opposite Cadoc House which offers individuals the opportunity to live in their own flat within a residential service and gain the key skills they need before progressing on to supported living. Individuals residing here can access the main house for communal activities and shared support when they wish to do so.
All flats have a fully fitted kitchen area with cooker, fridge and washing machine. In addition, they all have a large sitting area, double bedroom and fully tiled wet room with a walk-in shower.
