Plantagenet Street is our Stage 4 supported living service which is located in Cardiff City Centre and offers 4 self-contained flats.

It will include five flats with a staff team based on-site 24 hours a day, including waking nights. This offers individuals the independence of managing their own tenancy agreement, finances and bills whilst still benefiting from having a 24-hour staff team on site.

Plantagenet Street is located in Central Cardiff within walking distance to the City Centre which offers easy access to many great local amenities and rehabilitation opportunities.
