Description

Seabreeze is our first Supported Living Service in the Porthcawl area. The property has eleven newly refurbished self-contained flats. Coming under Stage 3 of our recovery pathway, Individuals are responsible for their own tenancy agreements, bills and finances, providing them with further independence and responsibility whilst still maintaining access to a member of staff 24 hours a day, including waking nights.

The service benefits from its prime beachfront location, with the beach and seafront just steps away. It is also within easy walking distance of Porthcawl town centre, providing Individuals with convenient access to local shops, amenities, cafés and community facilities. The property is well connected to the surrounding area, with local transport links nearby, making it easy for Individuals to access the wider community and amenities.
